✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• You must raise the return request within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Size issues (Please refer to our detailed size chart before ordering)
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Products with custom designs or personalization

📝 How to Request a Return
1. Email us at reach_us@xrossstop.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Attach clear photos showing the issue (e.g. defect, wrong product).
3. Mention your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request within 48 hours and guide you on the next steps.

💸 Refunds
• Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In some cases, we may offer a store credit if preferred.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• If your return is approved, we’ll guide you on return shipping. In eligible cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
