At XrossStop, every piece is printed fresh—just for you. Here's how our shipping process works:


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All products are made-to-order and go into production after your order is confirmed.
  • Please allow 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing and printing before dispatch.

🚀 Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is printed and packed, delivery typically takes:

Location Estimated Delivery
Metro Cities (India) 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Areas 4–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or local restrictions otherwise no compromise.


🗺️ Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be launched soon.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate: ₹65 per order (subject to change)
  • Free shipping: May apply on special offers or minimum cart value

🚚 Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post and others to ensure smooth and timely delivery.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order by logging in at www.xrossstop.com.

❌ Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, security, or delivery area
  2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes status updates early
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at reach_us@xrossstop.com

🔁 Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package returns to us due to incorrect address or failed attempts:

  • We’ll notify you via email
  • You can request re-shipping (charges apply)
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable
